1. introduction

By making a reservation at one of our accommodations, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Understanding and adhering to these terms is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for both you and other guests.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3 p.m.
  • Check-out: Until 11 a.m.

It is crucial to respect check-in and check-out times to ensure that the property is properly cleaned and prepared for the next guests. Late check-outs can result in an extra night’s charge, while early check-ins can result in a wait.

3. Cleaning and maintenance

  • The property will be delivered clean, with sanitized bed linen and towels.
  • Cleaning during your stay is optional, subject to additional costs and must be requested in advance.
  • Guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy during their stay and for cleaning the kitchen utensils used. Extra charges may apply if utensils are left dirty at check-out.

4. Rules of coexistence

  • Quiet: Respect the established quiet hours, as all accommodation is located close to common areas.
  • Parties: Parties are not allowed in the accommodation.
  • Pets: Allowed only in specific houses and must be of small size. Any damage caused to the property or furniture by the animal will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.

5. Common Areas

The use of common areas must comply with the internal rules of each condominium or residence.

6. Children’s Policy

Children up to 5 years old are not charged, as long as they do not need bedding, bath and extra bed. Children over 5 years old will be considered as adults for charging purposes.

7. Landlord’s rights

In situations of force majeure or urgency, we reserve the right to reallocate the reservation to other accommodation of a similar standard and conditions.

8. Damage to the property

Any damage to furniture, utensils or the property will be charged to the person responsible for making the reservation (tenant).
