In the event of any eventuality, reservations may be canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount being refunded. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the full amount must be paid.

🍢 If you want to use the pool barbecue, the time must be booked in advance at reception.
💡 The light is 220v. To run the power, the card must fit perfectly into the socket.
🐾 Pets are NOT allowed in our accommodation.
Vans, minibuses and the like are not allowed inside the condominium. Parking for TWO cars only.
🛌 You may not change the layout of the furniture in the house or move/drag/move beds out of the room.
No glass in the pool, no loud music at any time.
We kindly ask you to keep the air conditioner running only when you are at home to avoid damaging the appliance and wasting unnecessary energy.
🍽 Everything in the apartment can be used by your family. If there is any damage, please notify reception!!! Any damage to furniture, utensils or the property will be charged for.
It is your responsibility to arrange to check out the day before you leave, at reception to do the final check.
