We accept pets 🐾, but they are not allowed to climb on the beds or sofas, in order to maintain hygiene and everyone's comfort.
Enjoy the pool 💦 but please don't use the beds or sofas while they're still wet, so we can keep everything clean and well-maintained for everyone.
No glass in the condominium pool area.
Loud music is not allowed at any time, according to Village Thermas rules.
⏰ Check-out at 11am.
The cleaning staff start preparing for the next guests at exactly that time.
🧼 At check-out, we ask that:
Dishes don't get dirty in the sink
Don't leave food in the fridge
Garbage is removed and taken to the garbage can in front of the house
We are at your disposal for any questions and wish you a wonderful stay!

Pet Policy - Seven Heaven Vacation
We allow up to 1 (one) small pet, with a maximum weight of 15kg and a maximum height of up to 43cm.
The pet must be listed in the reservation at the time of booking (it is mandatory to inform).
Flat rate per pet: R$ 120.00 per stay
Pets should not climb on furniture, unless they are using their own protectors (provided by us).
The pet cannot be left alone in the property for more than 4 hours. If you need to leave your pet for longer than this, please notify us and use a local pet sitter service (PRIVATE).
Pets must wear a collar/leash in common areas outside the property, and waste must be picked up immediately.
In the event of excessive dirt, hair on the floor, on top of the beds or odor, we will charge an extra cleaning fee (up to R$ 250.00)
Damage caused will be charged for the replacement of the item or for an additional amount, depending on the assessment.
The guest is responsible for monitoring the pet and avoiding excessive noise or nuisance to neighbors.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, we may cancel the reservation.
Service animals are accepted in accordance with LBI (Brazilian Inclusion Law N 13.146/2025) and are exempt from pet fees per stay.
Thank you for bringing your pet along responsibly and helping to make our stay a pleasant one for everyone.
