In the event of any eventuality, reservations may be canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the amount being refunded. If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the full amount must be paid.
🧹 The house will be delivered clean and will be cleaned at the end of your stay. If you want extra cleaning, please contact us in advance to check the possibility, make payment and organize the date.
🐾 One small pet is allowed in the room, subject to a fee of R$120.00 and prior notice.
🧺 ⚠️Toalhas should only be used in the house. Please be careful with makeup, reindeer tattoos and hair dyes on towels and sheets. If they get stained, a replacement will be charged.
🚫 The dishes 🍽️ must NOT be dirty when you leave the apartment. If they are, an EXTRA FEE of R$200 will be charged for this service.
🍛 Avoid leaving food in the fridge when you check out.
🤷🏻♀️Para any emergency with power, gas, taps, appliances, etc. please contact reception!
💡 The light is 220v. To run the power, the card must fit perfectly into the socket.
🛌 You may not change the layout of the furniture in the house or move/drag/move beds out of the room.
❄️ Air conditioners should only be used when they are in the house to avoid damaging the appliance and wasting unnecessary energy.
🧳 Don't forget to bring towels for the pool and beach. We have sheets, bath towels, pillows and blankets in the house.
E🥤 There's bottled water if you want to buy it at reception, they'll put it in the apartment for you. Payment at reception.
🍽️ Everything in the apartment can be used by your family. If there is any damage, please notify reception!
🔴Please note that check-out is at 11am. At this time the cleaner will start preparing the house for the new tenants.
⚠️ It is important to arrange the check out with the Managers at reception to do the final check.
🧖The sauna is open from 6pm to 8pm. Children only accompanied.
🍢 If you want to use the pool barbecue, the time must be booked in advance at reception.
